We retain waitlist and newsletter information while it is needed for launch communications, customer service, legal compliance, and ordinary business records. We periodically review stored records and may delete or de-identify information that is no longer required.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymous data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (city level). This data cannot identify you personally.

Transactional or service emails, such as order receipts, shipping updates, account notices, customer service replies, and important waitlist confirmations, may still be sent where needed to provide our services.
